Human Capital Life Coaching & Consulting is managed by Hannes Coetzee who has over 35 years expertise in local government, supported by relevant academic qualifications. He has an intimate knowledge of corporate governance and understands its complexities in a dynamic environment.  As such he has lead the accomplishment of strategic objectives and legislative mandates with vision, innovation and inspiration.

Over the years Hannes actively participated in various provincial and national committees and working groups / task teams on strategic issues affecting local government, e.g. legislation and by-laws, policies, procedures, job analysis and evaluation, financial matters, functions and powers, constitutional transformation, etc.

He is also a life coach who firmly believes that people can make the world a better place through their work by achieving success and satisfaction.
